Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us and how we can help you and your company generate more appraisal orders.  As an newer appraisal management company, we offer appraisal work from local and nationwide lenders.

Our Philosophy & How Preferred Membership Works -why pay?
Instead of offering our appraisals to hundreds of appraisers (all competing in rates and turn times, we offer a select few (preferred appraisers paying a $99 yearly fee) LOCKED-IN COVERAGE AREA(S) and SUPERIOR RATES. Once 10-12 appraisers are locked into a county we close out that areas preferred registration.  Alternate appraisers, not paying the $99 fee, are still encouraged to register and create an account and upload the required documentation.  Orders received beyond our preferred appraiser's capacity levels will be offered to alternate appraisers.  If preferred openings are still available upon receit of an alternate order, appraisers will be offered the opportunity to purchase and lock in their coverage area.
