We are not an online directory or AMC that pits appraisers against one another - creating an intra-appraiser competition.  No more price wars, bidding and low-balling.

www.Order Your Appraisals Online .com, is different than most AMCs.  We offer Competitive Appraisal Fees and a Preferred Appraisal Vendor Network "PAVN" - which secures coverage area to our members.  Instead of processing 50 appraisals to 100's of appraisers (each bidding and competing amongst themselves for fees) we process them out to 4 or 5 appraisers who are earning set appraisal fees. 
We've been developed from the appraiser-up, eliminating the intra-appraiser price wars and competition most management companies and directories place on the appraiser. 

Our Technology
All client and appraiser registration is processed online through the management platform - offering online account login and access.  We offer 24x7 online appraisal ORDERING, STATUS TRACKING & DELIVERY. The appraisal management and vendor management platform allows total communications between our lender clients and appraiser members - from initial ordering to final appraisal report upload and delivery.  Client loan originators, processors and managers are immediately made aware of any
issues that may arise -- whether they are  scheduling, condition, or valuation issues. We help both parties to be more efficient - by eliminating excessive phone calls, and voice mail messages.

How It Works
Through Appraisal Broker, appraisers have no direct contact with loan officers. There is no lender pressure, and none of the hassles typically associated with overly demanding clients. We are staffed by experts trained in both the mortgage lending and appraisal processes. An experienced, professional, Certified Appraiser (Residential or Commercial) & CErtified Mortgage Broker is always available and ready to respond to any situation that requires a higher level of expertise.

Our platform eliminates the all too common demands from inexperienced or unethical loan officers that put the appraiser in the position of having to violate the standards of professional appraisal practice or risk losing a client.

Our management service allows appraisers to receive appraisal orders from clients all over the country without burdensome price wars and low-balling appraisal fees. By joining our network you instantly expand your client base to new local and national lenders.  Assignments are offered based on their geographical proximity to your office, as well as availability, appraiser experience and performance. We send you notification when an appraisal assignment is available in your area. You choose only those assignments that your current workload and schedule will allow you to complete. We do not pressure our appraisers to accept unwanted assignments. Likewise, we do not allow appraisers to take on excessive work loads at the expense of other Appraisal Broker member-appraisers in the subject's market.
