This is a fully compliant appraisal management service, fire-walling the direct communication between the mortgage production department and the appraiser, this is a non-directed appraisal.
This service ensures compliance with new HVCC GSE and federal regulations -for Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac transactions.
NON-HVCC COMPLAINT - "DIRECTED"
(WHEN HVCC COMPLIANCY IS NOT REQUIRED)
This appraisal management service allows lenders to direct their appraisals to appraisers of their choices.
This service is for lenders who are not processing, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac transactions."Directed" - non-Freddie/Fannie loan transactions and loan correspondent loans (loans funded at closing) will not require HVCC compliancy, allowing us to offer "directed" appraisal services, a non-firewall approach where loan production and appraisal staffs remain in complete contact with each other during the appraisal process.
